I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hong Kong that exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, being really near to the MRT station. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had a double bed, which was a pleasant surprise. The fridge in the room was also very handy. this hotel offered great value for money with its attention to detail and convenient location.
All was fine and I had no issues during my stay.

Hotel staff are friendly.
Room is too small even for smaller size asians. Rates indicated on website not flat rate. At the end of stay, was told to pay 10% of rate advertised more for service charges. This was not communicated in their website or upon check in on first day.

This hotel's location couldn't be better , it's only a stone's throw from the train station, with plenty of delicious food options nearby. Plus, the fruit wholesale centre is just a short walk away. the rooms may be snug, but they're clean and well, appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the free Wi, Fi is a great perk, even if it can be spotty at times.
While the room size may be cozy, you may occasionally hear noise from your neighbors.

Great location near popular markets and close to public transportation. Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations.
Room was very small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Bathroom was also small and shower was not very functional.

There is nothing that I really like about the hotel, maybe expect for the location. The hotel is located near to the Ya Ma Tei mtr Station.
I totally dislike this hotel starting from the time that I walked to the hotel. There are two casket stores located beside the hotel - 1 on the right and the other one on the left, so no matter what, you will pass-by the casket store. Moreover, when I entered the hotel, I had to open the door myself, they do not hire bell-boy. Furthermore, the receptionist especially Ellise Tse was totally impolite and showing her bad attitude with no smile on her face. I think that the service standard should improvise further on. The whole experience was even worse when I entered the hotel room, the room is so small that I have no space to walk at all. I will definitely not staying this hotel for my next trip to Hong Kong.

The condition of room was almost perfect (I guess the place was built not so long ago). Very nice space-management inside the room for people without much of luggage (had only 1 handbag). The only thing to add is a small wardroped so that people could hang a suit or smth.

Second, the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Hotel is new, clean and location are good (if you would like to stay near temple street) Staff are very helpful and friendly.
The room is too small, I have request and inform during my reservation will bring along my kids, but still provide a small room for us. Seem like not really care a customer message. Didnt provide a hotel bus transfer service.

The price was outstandingly good, especially given free breakfast (dim som + some western) and free WiFi. And the location is nice in a rather ethnic/traditional Chinese area a block from Nathan St and the Temple St Night market.
The room was quite small and did not have any storage space, other than a window seat area. I.E. no dresser nor closet; only a hanger pin with 3 hangers. I had to hang my garment bag over the mirror.

Great location near Yaumatei, 3-minute walk to MTR station, plenty of eateries around, convenient access to transportation and dining options, towels changed daily.
Nothing to dislike.

free wireless internet. The breakfast was adequate. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
i requested a double room but was given a twin room. Once changed we found the room was very small and compact - not much room for 2 people. I requested a double bed but we got to single beds pushed together - the edges of the two beds were uncomfortable. The floor was dirty. The website boasts minibar and tea/coffee facilities but the fridge only had one complimentary bottle of water and no coffee sachets or milk.
